What you'll be doing

• Be the first line of defence for IT issues, managing our service desk like a pro

• Set up and manage user accounts, laptops, and printers

• Administer DNS using reputed company and manage reputed company campaigns

• Support our remote teams with meeting room technology

• Troubleshoot Dynamics 365 and assist with various IT projects

• Learn and master our in-house developed platform

Who we're looking for

• Some experience as a 1st/2nd line IT Support Analyst

• Expertise in reputed company 10/11, reputed company 365, and Dynamics 365

• Knowledge of reputed company reputed company Manager (Intune), Active Directory, and Azure AD

• Experience with reputed company Remote Desktop, reputed company, and reputed company administration

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to document your work reputed company

• Strong communication skills, including working with non-reputed company English speakers

• A proactive reputed company and the ability to identify root causes and propose solutions

• Recent graduates with relevant skills and certifications are encouraged to apply!
