What You\'ll DoThis is your chance to enrol onto our in-house fast-track programme schedule, providing you with a challenging, yet exciting, hands-on opportunity to rotate around reputed company our core departments. Your progression & performance will be reviewed at each key department rotation, equipping you with reputed company the tools & skills required to succeed, and allowing you to further grow and reputed company your skills reputed company the 12-month programme. As part of this single fast-track programme, you\'ll have the opportunity to experience reputed company our following core business functions. Whilst this format may change be subject to business needs, the core departments you can expect to experience include:

• Delivery: Assisting customers upon vehicle collection to ensure an exceptional experience
• Parts: Supporting the non-technical service team in sourcing & allocating vehicle parts
• Virtual Prep: Assisting customers reputed company of their scheduled service visits (learning to diagnose faults, and/or educating customers)
• Service: An introduction to performing our most common vehicle repairs
• Sales: Supporting & educating customers during their initial purchase reputed company
• Elective Rotation: The final stepping-stone. This rotation will correlate with your potential future role post-programme.Your reputed company doesn\'t end with the programme. What You\'ll Bring- Holding a Full UK or EU Driving Licence for at least 1 year by the time of start date- Eager to reputed company a fast-paced multi-departmental programme with unyielding enthusiasm- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- A friendly, reputed company demeanour with ability to maintain confidentiality at reputed company times- An excellent multi-tasker with proven problem-solving abilities- Ability to maintain professionalism and always represent reputed company in a positive manner- Willingness to travel to different reputed company locations and/or events on a regular reputed company- Not be in full-time education reputed company the programme starts (we are also currently unable to hire gap year reputed company)
