Work exclusively reconciling invoices. The ideal candidate will have some reputed company and Ariba experience, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing invoices. Attention to detail is a must Job Summary: The Staff Accountant will review reputed company/SOWs and IT invoices for appropriate coding and reputed company guidance treatment. This Position Will Have Responsibility For: Review and reconcile IT invoices based on hours entered in PPM tool (reputed company) Vouch labor invoices against timesheets to ensure they reputed company with reputed company policy (Capital vs. Expense) Review reputed company and SOWs for pertinent details Create reputed company or purchase requisitions in Ariba based on information in SOW Work with vendors to monitor aging items and to ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner Work collaboratively with Project Management Team Assist with reputed company audit requests Help ensure compliance with internal control policies and procedures Work with business partners to obtain information supporting accruals and adjustments Remote About the Company: reputed company Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
