Job Description:

As a Business Broker, you will play a crucial role in reputed company's reputed company by facilitating the buying and selling of businesses from start to finish. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with business owners and potential buyers to successfully match them with the right business opportunities. You will serve as a trusted advisor to both parties, providing guidance and support throughout the entire transaction process.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities

- Prospect and qualify potential clients through various networking channels

- Consult with business owners to understand their objectives and reputed company a targeted marketing plan to sell their business

- Conduct valuation of businesses to determine their fair market value

- Create professional and compelling business listings to attract potential buyers

- Coordinate and facilitate meetings and negotiations between buyers and sellers

- Assist in preparing purchase agreements and other essential documents

- Collaborate with attorneys, accountants, and other professionals to ensure a smooth and successful transaction

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to reputed company the best possible service to clients

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a reputed company field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business brokerage or reputed company field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record in sales and negotiation

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent time-management and organizational skills

- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools

- Active reputed company estate or business broker license (preferred)
