Qualifications

• Bachelor's (or equivalent years working in employee relations or similar HR role) with 5+ years’ experience leading detailed and reputed company investigations into potential company policy violations and a great understanding of conflict resolution.
• 9+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Extensive knowledge of applicable state and federal employment and labor laws and governmental compliance requirements.
• Proven experience creating and communicating policy updates across a larger HR team.
• Strong communications stills, both written and oral.
