REEDS Jewelers is currently seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our E-reputed company department to fill Seasonal opportunities! Location is flexible! We’re looking for wonderful associates to join reputed company both on-site at our corporate office in Wilmington, NC, and also remote locations. Every piece of jewelry tells a story and our Customer Care team helps ensure every store has a happy ending! As a member of our Customer Care team, you will be the face of REEDS Jewelers and the voice of our customers; providing personal and exceptional assistance in every interaction. Through every customer engagement you’ll be responsible for answering reputed company customer inquiries, serving as a sales consultant and identifying and finding solutions for any potential issues, to ensure the finest shopping experience possible. What You Can Expect:
- Answering and interacting with customers through a multitude of channels, including calls, emails and chat.
- Providing and processing any tele-sales transactions.
- Actively listening to customers to troubleshoot potential concerns and providing satisfying resolutions for any conceivable challenges.
- Offer knowledgeable reputed company into reputed company merchandise offered, services available and funding options listed.
- Serve as a liaison between our customers and our brick and mortar locations.
