Associate Director, Genetic Counseling Clinical Support

Job Description:

• reputed company strategic leadership and reputed company for genetic counselors and genetic counselor assistants to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational goals.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve clinical support workflows, systems, and technologies to enhance case management efficiency and customer experience.
• Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive performance improvement and support data-informed leadership decision-making.

• Serve as the clinical subject matter expert for products and services, providing guidance on high-complexity cases and supporting operational decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with laboratory operations, medical affairs, reputed company teams, and IT to ensure integrated and effective clinical support services.

Requirements:

• Master of Science or Master of Arts in Genetic Counseling from an ACGC-accredited program or equivalent.

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Board-certified Genetic Counselor.
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical and laboratory genetics, team leadership, and operational performance management.
