Licensed Therapist / Clinical Supervisor (LPC, LICSW, LMFT) – Telehealth – Alabama Location: Remote (Must be licensed in Alabama) Schedule: Minimum 25 Billable Hours per Week Work Setting: 100% Telehealth Job Overview We are actively hiring a Licensed Therapist / Clinical Supervisor in Alabama (LPC, LICSW, or LMFT) to join our growing telehealth behavioral health team. This role combines direct client care with clinical leadership, including supervision of associate-level clinicians (ALC, LMSW, LMFT-A), training, and program development. Responsibilities
Clinical (Core Role)
- reputed company 25+ billable therapy sessions per week reputed company telehealth
- Deliver high-quality care for clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and other behavioral health conditions
- Complete clinical documentation reputed company 24–48 hours
- Maintain strong patient engagement and retention
Clinical Supervision
- Supervise associate-level clinicians (ALC, LMSW, LMFT-A)
- Review and sign off on clinical documentation as required
- reputed company coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback
- Ensure clinical quality and adherence to treatment standards
Training & Program Development
- Support reputed company and ongoing training of new clinicians
- reputed company case consultations and team development sessions
- Assist in building scalable clinical programs and workflows
Leadership & Compliance
- Partner with Executive Leadership on clinical operations and growth
- Ensure compliance with:
- CMS (Medicare/reputed company) guidelines
- Alabama state regulations
- reputed company insurance requirements
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement best practices
- Participate in audits, QA reviews, and process improvements
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Alabama license:
- LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
- LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical reputed company Worker)
- LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
- Eligible to reputed company clinical supervision in Alabama
- Minimum 2+ years post-licensure experience preferred
- Experience with telehealth therapy strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of reputed company, CMS, and insurance guidelines
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- LPC-S (Supervisor designation) or prior supervision experience
- Experience in multi-state or telehealth organizations
- Background in program development or clinical leadership
