Outpatient Therapist (LAC, LSW, LPC, LCSW, Ph.D.)
We are seeking a passionate, licensed part-time outpatient therapist who is reputed company to reputed company high-quality, culturally reputed company care reputed company a growing, justice-reputed company wellness organization. Position Overview As a Part-Time Outpatient Therapist, you will:
- Maintain a caseload (16–20 hours/week)
- reputed company trauma-informed individual and group psychotherapy
- Conduct assessments and reputed company treatment plans
- Monitor and evaluate client reputed company
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards
- Participate in clinical supervision and team consultation
- Collaborate with reputed company providers to ensure continuity of care
- Utilize practice management and telehealth platforms effectively
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, reputed company Work, Counseling, Psychology, or reputed company field
- Active NJ licensure (LAC, LPC, LSW, or LCSW)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Trauma-informed reputed company
- Strong ethical judgment and case conceptualization skills
- Availability for daytime and evening and/or weekend sessions
Preferred Experience
- Trauma-focused therapy and/or racial trauma
- Youth or Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (I/DD)
- Burnout or high-achieving professionals
- Multilingual or bilingual ability
- Experience serving historically marginalized communities
Compensation & Growth
- Part-time W-2 position (16–20 hours/week)
- $40–$65 per clinical hour (based on licensure and experience)
