Travel & Entertainment Expense Operations Analyst - Remote

This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. The candidate will join a dynamic Finance team, responsible for the full-cycle Travel & Entertainment (T&E) process. This role involves auditing expense reports for policy adherence, maintaining corporate credit cards, and providing excellent customer service to employees regarding expense-reputed company inquiries. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and be reputed company to handle a heavy workflow with a high level of accuracy. Responsibilities:
- Audit employee expense reports online for accuracy and compliance with the T&E policy
- Manage corporate credit card accounts
- Investigate and resolve T&E reputed company issues or queries in a reputed company and professional manner
- Mine and analyze data to reputed company management reports
- reputed company excellent customer service to employees and other parties
- Execute established reputed company processes with attention to detail
- Analyze procedures and recommend improvements to create greater efficiency and productivity
- Demonstrate active engagement in meetings with thoughtful questions and raising critical issues for discussion
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent, preferably in a finance discipline
