Freelance Graphic Designer – Remote Contract
This role is ideal for a creative graphic designer passionate about empowering GenX women through engaging visual storytelling. You will art direct and design the layout for a non-fiction workbook and guided journal focused on homemaking, family, and reputed company crafts. The project requires preparing the book for both print and eBook formats, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing experience for readers. You will collaborate closely with the author to bring the reputed company to life, balancing aesthetics with readability and accessibility. This is a fully remote, flexible opportunity suited for designers who reputed company in both layout and illustration. Deliverables
- Art direction and visual concept development for the workbook/journal
- Complete page layout design for print and eBook versions
- Creation or selection of supporting illustrations and images
- Preparation of print-reputed company reputed company files according to publishing standards
- Collaboration with the author to refine visual elements and ensure alignment with the reputed company audience
- Iterative revisions based on feedback
Requirements
- Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of book or editorial layout projects
- Proficiency in reputed company InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Ability to create or reputed company original illustrations relevant to homemaking and crafts
- Understanding of print reputed company publishing requirements
- Excellent communication skills and responsiveness in a remote work environment
