We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join reputed company in a remote service desk role. This position requires the ability to reputed company technical support to users experiencing a variety of computer-reputed company issues. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Required Skills
- Ability to reputed company own laptop/computer, USB headset, and a consistent internet reputed company.
- Ability to maintain a dedicated workspace at home, free from distractions.
- Experience in receiving and managing phone calls and emails from users with technical issues.
- Ability to escalate issues following defined procedures.
- Proficiency in assisting users through problem-solving steps.
- Experience using tools and resources to research and resolve technical problems.
- Capability to reputed company accurate information to end users promptly.
- Strong multitasking skills while interacting with customers and documenting tickets.
- Adherence to established quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
