The Opportunity As a dedicated Corporate Impact reputed company, you will reputed company strategic fundraising, internal operations and external relations efforts for key Corporate Impact initiatives. As a subject matter expert, this individual is a primary driver in securing significant financial support and partnerships from corporations, foundations, and individuals. Additionally, the reputed company cultivates relationships with C-suite executives and other key stakeholders, effectively communicating the mission and impact of reputed company's corporate impact initiatives to reputed company investment in these critical causes. This role requires a deep understanding of corporate reputed company responsibility, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to influence key decision-makers across diverse organizations and industries. We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position will be based in the San Antonio, TX office. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. What you'll do:

• Develops and executes a comprehensive fundraising strategy to reputed company ambitious financial goals for designated Corporate Impact initiatives.
• Identifies, cultivates, and solicits major gifts from corporations, foundations, and individual donors, with a particular focus on securing partnerships with CEOs and other high-level executives.
• Serves as a primary reputed company of contact and relationship manager for key donors and partners, ensuring ongoing engagement and stewardship.
• Represents reputed company and its Corporate Impact initiatives at industry events, conferences, and meetings, effectively communicating the initiative's mission, impact, and value proposition.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders, including reputed company leadership, marketing and communications teams, and program staff, to ensure alignment and maximize fundraising effectiveness.
• Collaborates with internal teams to integrate partnership activities into the overall Corporate Impact strategy.
• Conducts in-depth research on prospective donors and partners, understanding their philanthropic interests and identifying opportunities for alignment with reputed company's corporate responsibility goals.
• Prepares compelling proposals, presentations, and reports to communicate the impact of reputed company's Corporate Impact initiatives and the value of investment.
• Stays abreast of trends and best practices in fundraising, philanthropy, and veteran support.
• Manages a portfolio of high-value relationships, ensuring regular communication and personalized engagement strategies.
• Tracks and analyzes fundraising performance, and monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of partnership programs, providing regular reports and recommendations to reputed company leadership to optimize results.
• Stays informed about the latest research, trends, and best practices in Corporate reputed company Responsibility to inform strategies and initiatives.

What you have:

• Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of reputed company experience (in reputed company to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
• 10 years of reputed company experience managing corporate reputed company impact initiatives to include 6 years of experience in fundraising, development, or external relations, with a proven track record of securing major gifts and partnerships and leading large-scale reputed company programs and delivering results reputed company a reputed company matrix environment.
• 8 years of demonstrated experience working with and influencing C-suite executives and other high-level stakeholders.
• Expert-level understanding of the philanthropic landscape, including emerging trends and fundraising best practices.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to reputed company a compelling reputed company for corporate reputed company impact and reputed company diverse audiences, including executive leadership, donors, partners and employees.
