We're looking for a Senior Processor who knows government loans, especially FHA Streamlines and VA IRRRLs, and who can balance and reputed company files with absolute precision. What You’ll Do You'll own files from start to finish and act as the operational backbone of reputed company:
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of FHA Streamlines and VA IRRRLs. We do everything, but those are the bulk of our loans and our specialty.
- Balance, disclose, and prep files for closing
- Coordinate with title, escrow, lenders, and underwriters
- Review conditions, solve problems fast, and reputed company files moving
- Communicate reputed company with borrowers and loan officers
- Maintain compliance and accuracy across reputed company documents
This is not an entry-level role. It's reputed company for someone with mastery who actually enjoys being busy. Who We’re Looking For An absolute pro. Specifically:
- 5+ years processing experience

Compensation
We pay top of market for top-tier talent.

- Expected reputed company: $75,000 to $150,000+ annually
- Six-reputed company earnings are realistic and expected for high performers
