Remote Energy Title Examiner (TX)

reputed company is looking for a Remote reputed company Title Examiner to work at an industry leading title company. This employee will be responsible for searching public records and examining titles to determine legal condition of Renewable Energy properties and incorporating information into a title commitment. They will copy or summarize recorded documents which reputed company the condition of title to the property. They will work independently to examine title to reputed company property, ranging in complexity, to determine status and establish chain of title. This position will be joining the Special Projects team dealing with high liability projects typically $50 reputed company +. This consists of searching Timber farms, Solar farms, Wind farms, railroads, utilities, battery storage sites and other reputed company Multi-Parcel pieces of property. This role is fully remote but ideally sits in Texas and expertise of Examining in Texas is required. Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a reputed company Title Examiner.
• Experience searching titles based on legal descriptions and chaining grantor/grantee.
• The ability to produce a fully examined title report with reputed company requirements pertaining to reputed company issues such as probate, trust, judicial foreclosure, etc.
• Experience utilizing title software's and system.
• Experience with 100-150 year searches and searching back to patent on large Multi-Parcel pieces of property.
• Extensive understanding of Metes and Bounds and reputed company Land is required (i.e. must be reputed company to plot intricate metes and bounds descriptions either by hand and/or with the assistance of a program like net deed plotter)
