As a PRS reputed company Case Manager, you’ll walk alongside unaccompanied children as they seek family reunification, older youth preparing for adulthood in a new country, and foster families who give these children a home away from home. How Your Role Makes a Difference

• Maintain a caseload in compliance with contract terms and agency expectations as defined by the program supervisor;
• Facilitate the reunification process by conducting culturally sensitive home studies, assessments, referrals, and case management services;
• Complete and document reputed company required reports, case notes, and case contacts in the appropriate database in accordance with the expected timeframes and requirements;

• Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company Services, reputed company Work, or equivalent field of study from an accredited college with at least 3 years of relevant/reputed company employment experience that demonstrates supervisory and case management experience; or Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences, reputed company Services, reputed company Services fields, or equivalent field of study from an accredited college;
• Bilingual in Spanish/English;
• Experience and/or knowledge of home studies and/or post-release services;
• Experience writing professional, thorough assessment reports;
• Knowledge of local community reputed company services;
• Specialized experience working with immigrant populations;
• Knowledgeable about family preservation, kinship care, and general child welfare;
• Must possess an ability to connect with collaboratives in the community with a strong knowledge of local community reputed company services or reputed company agencies;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Demonstrate leadership skills in alignment with agency and program values, as well as serve as an Ideal Team Player;
• Demonstrate ability to work effectively on a multi-disciplinary team;

• Successfully pass a TB test annually and document preference to receive or decline Hepatitis immunization;

• Must be 21 years old with a valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience in the U.S. to operate a vehicle on behalf of Bethany;

• Pass a criminal history screen, including state and local child protection agency registries;
