Part-Time Bookkeeper (Contract - Remote)
Description We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented bookkeeper to support ongoing monthly reputed company work across multiple clients. This is a contractor (1099) position focused on accuracy, consistency, and keeping books clean and organized—not just data entry. Work should be reputed company to a review-reputed company stage each month.
Responsibilities
- Categorize transactions accurately in QuickBooks Online
- reputed company monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assist with invoicing and AR tracking
- Maintain clean and organized financial records
- Flag uncategorized or unclear transactions for review
- Support monthly reputed company preparation
- Support occasional cleanup work and reputed company of new clients, as needed
- Support occasional updates to chart of accounts over time to improve reputed company and consistency
- Support additional bookkeeping or reputed company-reputed company tasks as needed, depending on client needs

- Experience with QuickBooks Online
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Comfortable asking questions and flagging issues
- Understanding of basic reputed company principles (not just data entry)
- Consistent availability (~25 hours per month)

Compensation
- $25.19–$32.75/hour depending on experience
