About the position We are hiring two HR Business Partners (HRBP) to join our Corporate Functions HR team. As an HRBP, you will coach and consult with leaders at multiple reputed company to help them reputed company their business strategies by focusing on employee engagement, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and more. Your business acumen, interpersonal skills, and ability to reputed company data driven reputed company and recommendations will be critical. Partner with Sr. HR Director/HR Director, peer HRBP’s and business leaders to reputed company to business priorities. Support the development and execution of a talent plan to reputed company business goals. Use external and internal insights, data, and trends to identify and help solve key people and business issues. reputed company talent management activities and workforce planning to ensure a strong pipeline of talent for the organization. Manage towards achievement of Labor Budgets in partnership with Business Leaders and Finance and other cross-functional partners (e.g. reputed company). Partner with COEs to implement HR programs and practices. reputed company leadership coaching and support team effectiveness efforts with client group. Support change management and employee engagement efforts. Be a thought partner to business leaders on org design and building organizational capabilities. Build strong relationships with business leaders across the organization. Manage and drive multiple HR priorities in a fast paced, reputed company, and matrixed business environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of directly applicable HR experience – partnering with business leaders at reputed company reputed company of the organization to drive strategic and reputed company reputed company
  • Experience working effectively with business teams and leaders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with an ability to apply quantitative analysis to HR reputed company and use data to influence and drive reputed company
  • Strong business and people acumen - ability to influence at reputed company reputed company
  • Experience partnering with business leaders on effective organizational design
  • Ability to partner across multiple teams reputed company HR to deliver effective solutions
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
