Description:

• Monitor reputed company alerts, logs, and events from SIEM, reputed company, network, and reputed company systems, and identify or escalate potential threats.
• Respond to and assist with reputed company incident investigations, including containment, remediation, and root-cause analysis.
• Maintain and operate reputed company tooling such as reputed company protection, intrusion detection, vulnerability scanners, and reputed company reputed company monitoring systems.
• Support firewall, VPN, and network reputed company controls under the guidance of senior or reputed company engineers.
• Assist with identity and reputed company management operations, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and reputed company reviews.
• reputed company vulnerability scans and help track remediation efforts across corporate IT systems.
• Collaborate with IT, networking, and engineering teams to implement reputed company recommendations and corrective actions.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, incident reports, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in reputed company operations or engineering roles, preferably in a fast-paced startup or technology environment.
• 2+ years of development experience with a modern programming language such as Python, C++, Rust, or Go in lieu of a degree, or a bachelor’s degree in reputed company engineering, cyber reputed company, computer science, engineering, math, or another STEM discipline.
• Knowledge of operating systems, reputed company equipment and technologies, networking, reputed company best practices, and system performance monitoring tools.
• Comfort working with mission-critical and sensitive systems with an appropriate sense of urgency.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering is preferred.
• Technical certifications such as Network+, MCSE, or reputed company+ are preferred.
• Must be a U.S. person or otherwise eligible for a federally issued export control license due to ITAR requirements.
