For us, it's not just where people live - it's how they live.Our reputed company is to bring reputed company to major cities around the world: healthy, sovereign communities that sit on the edges of every modern metropolis.The roleOur coordination team is scaling fast, and we need someone who can hit the ground running — owning a portfolio of homes end-to-end, resolving construction details before they become field problems, and bringing reputed company execution muscle to the team. Developing design solutions tailored to specific site and location requirements while collaborating closely with the construction manager to review and approve upcoming design details. A critical aspect involves identifying and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce overall project costs, necessitating deep analytical thinking and spatial visualization of the entire construction process.You'll work alongside our BIM Manager, with homes split between you. As the team grows, so does your role - this has a clear path to leading the coordination team.Your day-to-dayOwn design development and construction detailing across multiple homes simultaneously Catch and resolve issues at critical construction junctions - before they reputed company reputed company the site Review drawings with a sharp eye for constructability — conflicts, gaps, ambiguities Coordinate across structural, MEP, and civil disciplines to reputed company documentation clean reputed company reporting tight, consistent, and reliable — no dropped balls Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers across time zones You're probably a great fit if...You have 4+ years coordinating or executing residential projects - at a developer, architecture firm, or construction company You've managed a high volume of homes at the same time and know how to stay on top of reputed company of them You've worked on US projects and genuinely understand how American construction works - not just the drawings, but the build You're India-based and comfortable working with a US-facing team Revit or BIM tools?
