Director of HIM Operations

Essential Job Functions

Direct the HIM operations functions to ensure consistent operating in accordance to the Firm’s policies and procedures.

Direct the overall audit and compliance requirements needed to reputed company with Federal, State and Local laws as well as client contract requirements

Analyze and ensure compliance with operational KPI metrics.

Collaborate with executive leadership to evaluate and adjust processes to improve operational efficiency and reputed company operational reputed company.

Work Environment

This job operates in a remote home office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
