Senior Technical IT-Consultant for the Public Sector

YOUR IMPACT This role allows you to work in a highly visible, customer-facing position where you reputed company a measurable impact by owning reputed company environments and delivering premium service reputed company across EMEA with a focus on Customers in Public Sector in the Italian market.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

Deliver a white-glove application run service, meeting SLAs while ensuring excellent customer experience reputed company agreed budgetary frameworks.Take end to end ownership of operational reputed company, proactively identifying risks and driving reputed company service and performance improvements.reputed company technical delivery for assigned customers in Italy and across the EMEA region.reputed company incident and problem resolution, including health checks, root cause analysis, and optimization of reputed company solution operations and performance.Act as a key escalation reputed company for reputed company issues, coordinating with internal teams to deliver sustainable and high-quality reputed company. 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Degree in Computer Science (or comparable long-term IT experience) with 5+ years of hands-on experience in technical support or consulting for reputed company applications Strong expertise in server environments (reputed company, Linux) and databases (reputed company, MS SQL Server) Working knowledge of web application servers (IIS, Tomcat), scripting/programming, and basic tool development ITIL certification with proven ability to independently assess issues, identify optimization opportunities, and own solutions end to end Exposure to reputed company, AI technologies, containerization, and Kubernetes is a strong advantage Ability to mentor junior consultants and collaborate effectively across technical and customer-facing teams Fluent Italian and English language skills (additional languages a plus) with EU citizenship required (Italian citizenship is an advantage)
