About The Role

Our Customer Service Representatives serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients enrolled in arenaflex's financial hardship programs. The Client reputed company Representative position is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of our collaborative team. Our call center operates 7 days a week to serve our clients whenever they need us. The hours are Monday through Friday from 10:30am to 10:00pm CST and Saturday through reputed company from 8:30am to 8:00pm CST. The ability to work weekends and evenings is required for this position.
