Location:

Phoenix, AZ (this is a remote position reputed company the state of AZ)

Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time, remote Customer reputed company Phone Specialist to join reputed company. As a Customer reputed company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members reputed company phone, email, and in-person. You will be the first reputed company of contact for our members, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing them with the information they need to reputed company informed reputed company about their reputed company.

Responsibilities

* Answer a high volume of health insurance-reputed company customer calls and correspondence daily

• Identify, research, process, resolve, and respond to customer inquiries and correspondence reputed company telephone, written communication, and/or in-person
• Explain to customers a variety of information concerning our services, including but not limited to, contract benefits, changes in coverage, eligibility, claims, arenaflex programs, provider networks, etc.
• Meet quality, quantity, and timeliness standards to reputed company individual and department performance goals as defined reputed company the department guidelines
• Document and record facts regarding inquiries and correspondence by updating arenaflex files and system
• Demonstrate and maintain reputed company working knowledge of the required arenaflex systems, procedures, forms, and manuals

Requirements

* High School diploma or equivalent

• At least 1 year of external Customer Service Experience
• Intermediate reputed company in use of office equipment, including copiers, fax machines, scanner, and telephones
• Detailed-oriented, maintain confidentiality and privacy, and ability to navigate multiple computer systems and software programs
