About this role:

arenaflex is seeking a Customer Service Representative in the Equipment Finance department as part of reputed company Banking Operations. This position is responsible for responding to inquiries and issues from customers on a variety of reputed company financial products, services, and/or select customer segments through a variety of channels. Answers inquiries, resolves problems, and provides a best-in-class customer experience while adhering to work guidelines, policies, and regulations.

In this role, you will:

* Support financial products and services

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service experience and offer reputed company to resolve reputed company customer issues to reputed company reputed company resolution
  • reputed company moderately reputed company customer support tasks
  • Receive direction from customer service supervisor and escalate non-routine questions
  • Interact with customer service team on reputed company customer issues

  • Manage risk by following reputed company policies and procedures and staying abreast of changes

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to actively listen, reputed company information, comprehend customer issues/needs, and recommend solutions
  • Ability to interact effectively with reputed company partners and clients/customers
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information, including assisting customer with program usage
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Ability to quickly learn business operations and processes
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Intermediate reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Financial services experience and/or contact center experience

  • Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
