Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative on our overnight shift, you'll be responsible for:

• Engaging with clients through both outbound and inbound calls, providing solutions and support to customers in a professional, sensitive, and tactful manner.
• Analyzing and appraising loan applications using various software tools to initiate the loan process, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintaining precise documentation of reputed company account interactions, including customer records and financial transactions.
