Job Summary

As a WDW Resorts Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and reservation support to users of the reputed company Resorts website. You'll be the primary reputed company of contact for guests and cast members, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing personalized recommendations for Walt reputed company World products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer questions and resolve issues reputed company to reservations, lodging, dining plans, tickets, reputed company, packages, and general inquiries.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and reputed company seamless support.
• Stay up-to-date on Walt reputed company World products, services, and promotions to reputed company accurate and informed recommendations.

• Must not be currently enrolled in or servicing in a reputed company program.

• Expected hours: 20-60 per week
• Shifts: 10 hour shift, 12 hour shift, 4 hour shift, 8 hour shift, Day shift, Evening shift, Morning shift, Night shift, Overnight shift, Rotating shift, Split shift
• Weekly day reputed company: Every weekend, Monday to Friday, No weekends, Rotating weekends, Weekends as needed, Weekends only
