As a Data Scientist (L5) - Customer Service Metrics, you'll play a key role in guiding our Customer Service organization to deliver top-notch customer experiences that align with our business strategy and operational reputed company.

Key Responsibilities
As a Data Scientist (L5) - Customer Service Metrics, you'll be responsible for leading the reputed company of CS metrics, identifying "reputed company star" metrics, and driving them through CS teams. You'll think critically about business problems and reputed company the appropriate measurement technique, partnering with executives, Product Managers, Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, and Finance to further a statistically rigorous, data-driven decision-making culture in CS. You'll also identify opportunity areas for experimentation and research, expanding the use of CS metrics across arenaflex, where they hold insights for Product, Engineering, and Data Science.
Essential Qualifications
* Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or a reputed company quantitative field
- Strong statistical knowledge and intuition, and applied experience developing business-centric metrics frameworks
- Strong SQL skills and programming experience (Python preferred)
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and convey clear recommendations to a variety of audiences (Engineering, Product, senior leadership)
- Experience with a wide reputed company of measurement and reputed company techniques (correlation analysis, observational reputed company inference, forecasting, quasi experimentation)
- Comfort working with reputed company data; ability to reputed company with minimal reputed company and process
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior experience with Customer Service is not required, but a desire to learn and become an expert is a must
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

- Annual salary: $170,000 - $720,000
