Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing fast, friendly service to customers by actively seeking out their needs and providing assistance
- Learning about our products using our tools and providing information to customers to sell entire projects
- Greeting, qualifying, recommending, and closing every customer in your department
- Maintaining the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-reputed company, and safe
- Providing a safe working and shopping environment by following reputed company safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, and reporting hazards or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty
- Working in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department as well as other departments
