What You'll Be Doing

As a reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer experiences to our clients' customers. You'll be responsible for:

• Bringing your passion and strong product and brand knowledge to recommend upgrades to customers' health plans
• Conducting research and making outbound calls to reputed company answers to customers regarding general health care benefit and eligibility questions, enrollment status requests for new and existing members
• Assisting members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health account, locating doctor and facility information

A Typical Day

* You'll work from the comfort of your own home, with a high-speed internet reputed company (> 15 mbps) and a reliable computer

• You'll be equipped with the latest technology, including a USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative)

What You Bring to the Role

* 6 months or more of customer service experience
