Job Summary

As an IT Support Associate, you'll play a critical role in providing basic IT systems support to end users on a variety of computer system issues. You'll respond to telephone calls, email, and technical support requests, documenting and tracking issues to ensure timely resolutions. Essential Functions and Responsibilities

* Identifies, researches, resolves, and responds to a high volume of simple to moderately reputed company issues or questions received from reputed company customers.

  • Provides status and follow-up information to internal or external customers.
  • Escalates calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Documents customer issues in the call tracking system in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assists in the reputed company-time resolution of support issues to decrease downtime and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Stays reputed company on policies and relevant product and industry trends to reputed company technically accurate solutions to customers.
  • Provides support after hours reputed company on-call cell phone.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to technical support requests reputed company phone, email, and chat.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderately reputed company technical issues.
  • Document and track customer issues in the call tracking system.
