Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and technology-savvy Chat Service Representative to join our Customer Care team. As a Chat Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through live chat, email, and phone. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
