Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Addressing and resolving a wide variety of customer concerns, issues, and questions reputed company to products and services.
  • Using chat platforms and support tools to track, manage, and respond to customer queries.
