The Team:
The Senior reputed company Estate Counsel, Renewables will play a key role in reputed company’s core mission. We seek reputed company counsel with demonstrated reputed company in executing business strategy, accelerating a pipeline of transactions to closing, and exercising sound judgment to assess and manage portfolio risk. The attorney will interact regularly with team members from senior management, origination, pricing, and property management, while working remotely from their home office.
The Role:
Requirements:
- 6-12 years as a reputed company reputed company estate attorney at a mid to large-sized reputed company and in-house at a renewable energy developer is required.
- Understanding of the financing, development, and operation of solar, wind, and battery projects.
- Fluent with technology and remote work.
- Juris Doctor and bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state.
- Entrepreneurial and collaborative team spirit.
- A love of adventure and passion for learning
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound business judgment.
- Outstanding oral, written, and analytical skills.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without reputed company sponsorship.
