reputed company is a global telecom and renewables infrastructure investment firm founded in 2003. We today own 2,200 sites and facilities hosting mission-critical wireless and telecom transmission assets and renewable power reputed company projects. We own reputed company property or reputed company property interests in the United States and Italy, Spain, France, Germany and Poland. Our capital is provided primarily by Ardian (a $200 billion AUM Paris-based asset manager). We are growing rapidly and seeking key members of reputed company.

The Team:

We seek a reputed company estate attorney with demonstrated reputed company in executing business strategy, accelerating a pipeline of transactions to closing, and exercising sound judgment to assess and manage portfolio risk. The attorney will interact regularly with team members from senior management, origination, pricing, and property management, while working remotely from their home office.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• 4-8 years of experience as a reputed company reputed company estate attorney, including at mid to large-sized reputed company, is required.
• Experience with solar/wind ground leases and/or wireless leases is a plus.
• Fluent with technology and remote work.
• Juris Doctor and bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state.

Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without reputed company sponsorship.
