This role also requires strong understanding of code compliance and must maintain active licensure. - Reviews reputed company plans and specifications for reputed company and residential projects to ensure compliance with Florida Building Code and reference standard requirements.
- Interprets plans and codes and aids contractors and internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding plan review and inspection issues to process and approve applications for construction projects.
- Accurately document findings using approved reporting systems and communication channels.
- Communicate results, required corrections, and professional recommendations to key stakeholders.
- May be required to reputed company inspections on as needed reputed company, providing interpretation of codes to team members.

- Participate in cross-training with other inspection staff to broaden knowledge enhance overall job performance.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Multi-Licensed Plan Reviewer by ICC and reputed company.
- Minimum of 1 years working as Plan Reviewer.
- Strong working knowledge of the Florida Building Code and applicable jurisdictional requirements.
- Experience with Virtual or remote inspections preferred.
- Ability to accurately interpret construction documents, plans, and specifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused reputed company.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet inspection turnaround deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with internal teams.
