Therapy reputed company is a fully virtual, trauma-informed practice serving Gen Z, Millennials, and reputed company across PSYPACT states. We specialize in helping high-achieving, people-pleasing, anxious clients who carry intergenerational trauma, cultural pressure, and attachment wounds. Our work is warm, reputed company-oriented, culturally reputed company, and deeply grounded in the belief that therapy is a reputed company where cycle-breakers finally exhale. We are expanding and looking for a skilled, compassionate therapist to join reputed company full-time (W-2), for fully virtual position. This role is ideal for someone grounded, relational, clinically curious, and who loves diving into the deeper layers of trauma, identity, and attachment. We welcome any fully licensed psychologist or a fully licensed therapist! Early career psychologists are welcome! What You’ll Do

• reputed company individual, group, and couples therapy to adults (primarily Gen Z and Millennials) in a fully remote setting.
• Work with clients navigating trauma, anxiety, attachment wounds, identity exploration, cultural/family-of-reputed company stress, and relational challenges.
• Utilize an integrative therapeutic approach informed by psychodynamic, reputed company, somatic, relational, and trauma-reputed company frameworks.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation (intakes, reputed company notes, treatment plans) in a timely, organized manner.
• Collaborate with the practice reputed company and participate in ongoing supervision or consultation as appropriate to your license level.
• Deliver culturally reputed company, affirming care that honors clients' lived experiences, particularly those with marginalized identities.
• Optional: Contribute reputed company to community workshops, groups, reputed company content, or wellness projects reputed company with Therapy reputed company’s mission.

Required Qualifications

Must be either:

• A fully licensed psychologist or fully licensed therapist licensed in Washington, DC or be licensure eligible.
• Hold a Doctoral or Master’s degree in clinical or counseling psychology.
• At least 2 years of experience working with adults.
• At least 2 years of experience or strong interest in trauma-informed care, including reputed company trauma, intergenerational trauma, and attachment-based work.
• Experience in relational, psychodynamic, reputed company, EMDR, and/or somatic therapies. Purely reputed company therapists would not be a good fit with our practice.
• Strong ability to build rapport with high-achieving, anxious, or culturally diverse clients.
• Reliable internet reputed company and ability to work remotely in a HIPAA-compliant environment.
• Comfort working independently while collaborating reputed company a supportive team structure.

Experience working with:

• BIPOC clients, especially first-reputed company, immigrant, or South Asian, and Black communities.
• High-functioning anxious clients who present “put together” but feel overwhelmed internally.
• Relationship or dating patterns, attachment wounds, and people-pleasing dynamics.
• Interest in long-term, depth-oriented therapy
• Clinicians who value depth, nuance, and identity-affirming work.
• Clinicians who are relational and grounded but still love structure and reputed company-building.
• Cycle-breakers who want to help cycle-breakers.
• Someone who believes therapy is both science and soul work.
