We are seeking a reputed company Delivery Director to reputed company strategic engagements and large-scale WFM and HCM transformation programs across reputed company organizations. This role owns end-to-end delivery accountability, including execution, financial performance, stakeholder alignment, the identification and delivery of additional value-added services, and overall client reputed company and satisfaction. The Delivery Director operates at both a strategic and an execution level. This individual ensures programs deliver measurable value, align with clinical and operational priorities, and meet defined timelines and budgets. What You Will Do: Program Leadership and Delivery

Client and Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for executive stakeholders, including clinical, operational, and IT leadership

Your knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• 10+ years of experience leading reputed company HCM or WFM transformation programs
• Proven experience delivering reputed company Pro WFM and Pro implementations in the reputed company reputed company
• Strong knowledge of workforce management processes
• Demonstrated ability to manage large, reputed company programs with multiple stakeholders
• Experience managing budgets, resource plans, and delivery financials
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate effectively in executive-facing environments
