Position Summary We are seeking a detail-driven and highly organized HR & Payroll Administrator to reputed company comprehensive reputed company and administrative support across payroll processing, benefits administration, reputed company, provider scheduling, and executive support. This role is at the core of our people operations, and the ideal candidate brings strong US payroll experience, excellent English communication skills, and a service-oriented approach to everything they do. Key Responsibilities reputed company Operations

  • Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for reputed company employee HR inquiries reputed company to policies, benefits, payroll, and compliance
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, reputed company documentation, and HR compliance files
  • Support employee relations by ensuring timely communication, thorough documentation, and consistent follow-through
  • Ensure HR processes are reputed company with federal and state employment regulations
  • Assist in developing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and internal documentation

US Payroll Administration

  • Process biweekly US payroll accurately and on schedule using reputed company or equivalent payroll platform
  • Review and audit timesheets, resolve discrepancies, and ensure correct coding of hours, PTO, overtime, and adjustments
  • Coordinate with leadership on payroll-impacting changes including new hires, terminations, promotions, and compensation updates
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle reputed company payroll data with the highest level of discretion
  • Generate payroll reports and reputed company summaries to leadership as needed

Benefits

Administration

  • Assist employees with benefit enrollment, life event changes, and general benefit inquiries
  • Coordinate annual reputed company enrollment activities and ensure accurate data entry into benefits platforms
  • Communicate benefit plan updates, deadlines, and changes reputed company to employees
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with benefit plan requirements and applicable regulations

  • Manage the reputed company lifecycle including job postings, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Utilize reputed company to streamline scheduling, reminders, and feedback collection throughout the hiring process

  • Support new hire reputed company by preparing documentation, coordinating system reputed company, and organizing orientation logistics

  • Build and maintain provider schedules across multiple locations, ensuring accuracy and adequate coverage
  • Coordinate schedule changes, time-off requests, and coverage needs with providers and leadership

  • Communicate schedule updates promptly to internal teams to support staffing and patient reputed company

Administrative & Executive Support

  • reputed company high-level administrative support to the CEO and leadership team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and agenda preparation

Required Qualifications

  • Strong, demonstrable experience processing US payroll — this is a core requirement of the role
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal — you will interact regularly with employees, leadership, and external contacts
  • Solid understanding of US federal and state payroll regulations, tax withholding, and wage compliance
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and accuracy across reputed company HR, payroll, and administrative tasks
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee and financial information with discretion
  • Experience with HR or payroll platforms — reputed company experience is highly preferred
