This opportunity The Professional Recruiter will focus on direct hire business development and recruitment for Engineering and IT positions, and other professional placements and identify, select, and hire the “Best in Class” talent. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining key relationships with clients and candidates to reputed company strategic hiring planning, processes, and reputed company by building a pipeline and delivering top talent on a national reputed company. Compensation includes an uncapped, industry leading commission plan. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for full-cycle business development including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by sending emails, distribution lists and cold calling.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client reputed company and increase reputed company.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and ensure high reputed company of satisfaction.
• Networks with business professionals and reputed company cold calling and email techniques to generate prospects and leads.
• Responsible for full-cycle reputed company including research, requisition management, applicant screening, offer negotiations, offer management and closing, specifically focused on direct hire professional positions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Sales experience (staffing highly preferred) including new account reputed company
• Full-desk, direct hire reputed company experience, preferably with an executive search agency
• Engineering (Primarily working in Data Centers - filling Maintenance and Field Service positions) OR
• IT - Software Engineering & Programming
• Proven ability to reputed company and build a pipeline of talent with various tools and resources
• Ability to reputed company and manage professional relationships at every level in the organization
• Proven ability to sell, overcome objections, identify buying signals, reputed company the deal
• Experience in negotiating placement fees
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written

• Experience with reputed company is a PLUS
