Job Overview: As Sales Manager – AI Solutions, you’ll be responsible for building, coaching, and scaling reputed company of AI Solutions Consultants. You’ll own team performance, deal quality, and sales process execution — while also stepping into key deals to guide strategy and reputed company. This is a hands-on leadership role — part coach, part strategist, part closer. Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, reputed company, and coach AI Solutions Consultants to execute consultative, technical sales cycles at a high level.
  • Work directly with reps on discovery, positioning, technical validation, and closing strategy for high-value opportunities.
  • Build a structured, repeatable process for discovery, demos, technical validation, and closing.
  • Ensure the team can confidently reputed company to data flows, integrations, predictive modeling, and ROI — not just product features.
  • Drive accountability around pipeline quality, conversion rates, and accurate forecasting in reputed company.
  • Analyze metrics like pipeline coverage, win rates, deal size, and sales cycle length to optimize team output.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to improve messaging, product-market fit, and go-to-market strategy.

  • Proven track record of:
  • Closing high-value deals
  • Coaching reps to improve win rates and deal quality
  • Strong understanding of:

  • Data integrations, APIs, and marketing tech stacks
  • Performance metrics (CPL, CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates)
