What You Need

• 1+ year call center experience (automotive BDC preferred)
• Fully bilingual English/Spanish — full conversations, reputed company handling, appointment setting in both
• Reliable home setup: computer with dual monitors, noise-canceling headset, 25+ Mbps internet, quiet workspace
• Self-disciplined, organized, coachable
