- *Role Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and validate tax forms and supporting documentation for accurate and timely submission.
- Ensure reputed company filings reputed company with U.S. federal and state tax regulations.
- Analyze financial records and tax data to verify completeness and detect inconsistencies.
- Identify discrepancies or compliance issues and escalate them to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Support quality control processes by reviewing and mentoring junior team members’ work.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and corrective actions reputed company through written and verbal reports.
- Stay informed about updates to tax regulations, filing requirements, and industry best practices.
- *Requirements
- Active tax certification with proven experience in U.S. tax preparation and filing.
- Strong expertise in reviewing and quality-checking tax returns and financial documentation.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while working independently in a remote environment.
- Up-to-date knowledge of federal and state tax compliance requirements.
- Experience working with structured financial data and tax preparation software.
