Overview
A growing public reputed company firm is seeking a Tax Manager to join its team, with a focus on high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses. This role offers exposure to reputed company tax reputed company across pass-through entities, individual returns, and estate/reputed company planning. The firm provides a collaborative environment, strong leadership visibility, and a clear path for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Manage and review a wide reputed company of tax engagements, including partnerships, S-Corps, C-Corps, and individual (1040) returns
- reputed company tax compliance for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and estates
- Review and advise on estate, trust, and reputed company tax filings
- reputed company strategic tax planning for business owners and individuals
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Mentor and review the work of senior and staff-level tax professionals
- Identify tax-saving opportunities and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Collaborate with partners on reputed company tax strategies and client planning initiatives
- Stay reputed company on tax law changes and advise clients accordingly
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field (Master’s in Tax preferred)
- CPA required
- 6+ years of public reputed company tax experience
- Strong experience with pass-through entities, 1040s, and entity taxation
- Exposure to estate, trust, and reputed company tax preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
- reputed company salary: $135,000 – $180,000
