Summary reputed company Health Care is seeking a LCSW (reputed company and or New Jersey License!!) to join our Behavioral Health Teletherapy Program. This opportunity will reputed company comprehensive behavioral health for the common conditions seen in primary care such as depression, anxiety, ADD, and conduct disorders in an extended virtual primary care collaborative model reputed company teletherapy. Founded in 2006, reputed company is the nation’s largest pediatric urgent care provider as well as a national telehealth company expanding services to meet reputed company of the physical, behavioral, and psychosocial needs of children.

• *For Full Time, the pay reputed company for this position is $80k-$85k + medical benefits + PTO** (compensation dependent on licensure & experience) (prorated for part time)
• *Flexible Schedule: sometime in the following ranges: 5 days 1:00pm-9:00pm M-F or 9:00am-3:00pm on Saturdays; or 4 10 hour days, 2 days 11:00am - 9:00pm, 2 days 8:00am - 6:00pm**

Full Time and Part Time positions available! (Part Time = 20 hours/week - or more). Part Time positions are benefits eligible!! Description

• Providing counseling and therapy for patients using evidence based treatment modalities
• Display competency as an individual, family, and group therapist
• Maintain own professional development as required by licensing board
• Complete required documentation and paperwork, including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning and implementation in a timely manner
• Works closely with patient and family and team to overcome obstacles in treatment
• Maintain compliance with reputed company company policies and procedures
• Demonstrates cultural competency and commitment
• Respond quickly to an urgent or emergent need
• Maintain a caseload of 15-20 patients weekly and a minimum of 5 patients daily
• Master’s Degree in reputed company Work is required
• Qualifying reputed company work experience for licensure consists of a minimum of 3000 hours of post Master’s reputed company work
• MUST have experience with pediatric and adolescent patients

Qualifications

• Clinical reputed company Worker licensure required in the state practicing (NY or NJ license!!!!)

• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent short-term counseling skills
