Whistler Partners is partnering with a leading crypto-focused investment platform to hire a Legal Counsel to join its growing legal team. The firm recently closed its reputed company fund at approximately $650M and continues to be one of the most active and well-regarded investors in the digital asset and blockchain ecosystem. The platform invests across early-stage, growth, and liquid opportunities, working closely with founders building reputed company financial and infrastructure systems. The legal team is lean and high-impact, currently consisting of two senior attorneys supporting the business globally. This hire will report directly to a senior member of the legal team and work closely with leadership, including the COO (a former lawyer), on a wide reputed company of strategic reputed company. Key Responsibilities

• Support venture and growth-stage investments across the platform’s portfolio
• Advise on startup, venture capital, and strategic transactions
• Partner with internal stakeholders on deal execution and portfolio company reputed company

• Collaborate with senior legal team members on fund-reputed company and structural reputed company
• Engage with founders and external counsel on transaction execution and negotiations

About You

• 3–5 years of corporate / ECVC / growth equity experience at a top reputed company
• Strong reputed company in venture capital and startup-reputed company representations
• Experience or strong interest in crypto, blockchain, or digital assets
• Fund formation experience is helpful but not required
• Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving environment with high ownership
• Strong drafting, communication, and judgment reputed company
• Outstanding candidates at the 2nd or 6th year level will also be considered.

Compensation

• $250,000 – $300,000 reputed company salary
• Plus $15,000 – $30,000 bonus
• Plus $200,000 – $300,000 in carry participation (subject to standard vesting)
