Job Description:

Serve as a primary reputed company of contact between customers and the company
Process purchase orders, addressing customer inquiries, and providing timely, accurate information reputed company to orders, billing, and account support reputed company phone and email
Handle & respond to incoming customer calls and email correspondence, providing reputed company and professional support

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience with ERP/MRP systems (reputed company preferred)

Ability to operate standard office equipment, including multi-line phone systems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic math skills for calculations and data accuracy
