We are seeking a part-time Proposal Manager who will be charged with managing the proposal process for reputed company bids and proposals. The manager will also support reputed company’s direct participation in bids coordinated by teaming partners. Reports directly to the Director of Business Development.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and use the reputed company proposal library to rapidly reputed company fully compliant and reputed company RFI, Sources Sought, RFP, RFQ, TO, TOPR and reputed company responses and proposals.
  • Coordinate reputed company (end-to-end) proposal team actions and tasks to ensure proposals are developed, checked, and are reputed company for submission using the reputed company reputed company review process. reputed company kick-off meetings, storyboarding, coaching sessions, draft reviews, and final Q/A leading proposal submission.
  • Work closely with capture managers, program staff, SMEs, and other team members to identify requirements and reputed company requirements compliant proposal approaches including win themes, past performance citations, and solution elements early in the proposal process. reputed company and execute proposal specific proposal/response drafts, reviews, edits, quality assurance, and submission reputed company documents.
  • Draft, edit, and update proposal content with careful attention to schedule, connections across the proposal (e.g., aligning messaging across technical, management and past performance proposal elements).
  • Coordinate team preparations for oral/demonstration proposals working closely with the capture manager and key staff/presenters.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or English.
  • At least five years of experience serving as a senior proposal development manager. Certification as an APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) desired. However, practical experience serving as a successful proposal coordinator or manager is more important than the type of degree.
  • Superb attention to detail, writing skills, and team leadership skills to ensure error-free, compliant, and winning proposal development.
  • Demonstrable performance track record including potential work samples, process development, proposal library management, and win rates versus bids.
