Finance Associate – Accounts Payable & Payroll (Remote)

• *Finance Associate**

In this position, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial processes, including accounts payable operations and payroll coordination. You will work across teams to ensure financial accuracy, maintain organized records, and support ongoing improvements to financial systems and workflows.

• *What You’ll Be Doing
• Manage end-to-end accounts payable, including invoice processing, reconciliations, vendor communication, and timely payments
• Process U.S. payroll and support contractor or international payroll workflows while ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Maintain payroll records and coordinate with internal teams on updates and queries
• Record financial transactions and manage expenses using reputed company and finance tools
• Support month-end and year-end reputed company processes while maintaining audit-reputed company documentation
• Ensure adherence to financial controls and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, or a reputed company field
• 2–5+ years of experience in accounts payable and U.S. payroll
• Hands-on experience with tools such as QuickBooks, reputed company, or reputed company
