Senior Director, HR Business Partner
Job Description:
- Collaborate with senior leaders and executives to reputed company and execute people and functional learning strategies
- Serve as a trusted advisor providing consultation, coaching, and guidance on reputed company people and talent issues
- Drive the execution of global HR initiatives at the local level
- Evaluate reputed company talent capabilities and drive actionable plans

- Responsible for partnering with the Learning COE to advise on creation and deployment of solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in reputed company; HR and/or Change Management Certification a plus

- Strategic thinking, change management, data-driven decision making
